Yono Gold Project: A High-Potential Gold Exploration Opportunity in Guyana

Overview of a Tier 1 Gold District Asset

The Yono Gold Project is located in Guyana’s Cuyuni-Mazaruni Mining District, a region recognized for its significant gold potential. Yono is strategically positioned adjacent to over 8.9 million ounces of indicated and inferred gold resources from G2 Goldfields’ Oko Main Zone (OMZ) and Ghanie deposits, and G Mining Ventures’ Oko West deposit.

Project Highlights

  • Strategic Location: Situated just 170 meters from multi-million-ounce gold deposits of G2 Goldfields and G Mining Ventures, Yono lies within the same gold-enriched geological domain, enhancing its prospectivity for discoveries.

Geophysical and Geochemical Evidence

Airborne magnetic surveys (September 2025) identified high-priority targets, including the 1.5 km “High Road” magnetic low and structural contacts similar to those hosting nearby high-grade zones.

  • New drilling by G Mining (September 2025) has discovered a new high-grade shoot pushing mineralization even closer to Yono’s Project boundary, now just 90 metres away.
  • Auger sampling at Yono (October 2025) discovers widespread gold anomalism, with peak values reaching 5.1 g/t Gold, comparable to surface results at Oko West.
  • Follow up Auger Results (November 2025) confirm extensive surface gold mineralization and compelling exploration targets within the Yono License.
  • First pass trenching at Yono (December 2025) returned high grade gold results of 2m @ 41.3g/t Gold;  2m @ 30.2g/t Gold;  1m @ 10.9g/t Gold amongst other wider anomalous values.
  • Phase II trenching (February 2026) discovers more potentially economic gold mineralization in multiple trenches including: 12m@ 2.4 g/t; 20m@ 1.4g/t; 8m@ 1.0g/t; 18m@ 0.8g/t & 4m@ 5.5g/t Gold
  • Trenching of YTR16 further extends economic gold mineralization southward into the heart of the project with 32m @ 1.1g/t Gold toward YTR 4 which intersected 19m @ 4.6 g/t Gold for a potential strike of 400 metres (March 2026)

Above: Showing all results received from the Company’s Program of Trenching  – New results (highlighted yellow) along  with previously reported trench and auger values. The inferred trace of the carbonaceous metasediments passes upslope of an area of extensive laterite gold workings (yellow shading) which were excavated in the 2010s.

Below: A total linear strike of 400m between the intersections  encountered in YTR3, 3R, 16 & 18 and previously reported in YTR4 is inferred. This represents a first order exploration target and trenching to extend this exciting gold mineralization is in progress.

Exploration Targets

  • Ridgeline Structure: The largest anomaly, extending up to 4 km in strike (1.5 km within Yono), with gold values exceeding 100 ppb Au. It aligns with OMZ’s high-grade resources and a major magnetic contact, suggesting a significant mineralizing shear zone, further supported by artisanal workings to the south.
  • Ghanie West Extension: 780m strike, 50–100ppb Au, extending from the Ghanie West vein zone working, immediately adjacent to the Project – trending SW-NE through the south of the Project and associated with a distinct magnetic contact.
  • The Splay: 580m strike with peak auger values of 5.1 g/t and 1.6 g/t Au.  The zone parallels the gross orientation of the magnetic high whose contacts host Ghanie West and Ridgeline. The Splay follows co-incident magnetic (weak internal) and strong topographic lineaments.
  • ‘Tweener: 1,000m strike, 30–375ppb Au, apparent source of significant alluvial & colluvial gold workings, located within a region of low magnetic susceptibility, located between Ridgeline and High Road.
  • High Road (Down-dip extensions): 950m strike, located on GMin’s tenure, immediately west of Yono, comprised of anomalous soil and shallow scout RC samples, likely dipping into the property.[i]

Investment Case

Yono’s proximity to proven gold resources, combined with compelling geophysical and geochemical data, positions it as a high-value exploration asset in a mining-friendly jurisdiction that is positively unique with:

  • Alignment with Neighboring Deposits: It aligns with the center line of the Oko Main Zone (OMZ) open pit and high-grade resource, located about 700 meters to the north, as well as the average measured S2 foliation at OMZ. This positioning places the Ridgeline anomaly within the same gold-enriched domain as the adjacent gold resources.
  • Geophysical Features: Exploration targets coincide with a major magnetic contact traversing central Yono, identified from prior airborne magnetic surveys. This contact is interpreted as a potential shear zone or structural corridor conducive to gold mineralization.
  • Extension and Artisanal Evidence: Ridgeline extends southward beyond Yono’s boundaries to a substantial artisanal gold working, highlighting its continuity and historical mining interest in the area.
  • Yono’s Unique Location Provides a Valuation Floor or Put Option due to:
  • Ounce Sterilization –  Yono is close enough that it will be needed for waste stripping at some point.
  • OKWD-GHANIE SUPER PIT .  Potentially another OKWD Block 4 Main Shoot which pulls OKWD pit down to 640m @ USD1950/oz.  Yono may  prevent OP mining of a lot of ounces in this new discovery zone.
  • New splay zones strike directly into or along Yono
  • Will make Mine planning easier :
  • Surface Water Control;
  • In the blast radius of the Open pits;
  • Allow waste stripping scheduling;
  • Potential hanging wall lodes will improve economics of Ops on neighbours resources;
  • Additional near mine infrastructure;
  • Only ~10% of current G2 & GMIN resources are oxides any new finds on Yono will help mill blending.
  • Yono is a medium scale Mining Permit-  We can start mining (gravity recovery) without further approvals.

The highest-grade section of OKWD could fit between Tajiri’s current auger line spacing along the Ridgeline Anomaly. The potential to discover a similar high-grade shoot within the Yono Project is excellent.

Exploration Strategy and Next Steps

Phase II follow-up trenching is currently underway and will consist of an additional 3000 metres with the intention to refine targets for drill testing at priority zones like Ridgeline and High Road.
